Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling your appointment giving 72 hrs notice will not incur any penalty. Cancellation 72hrs prior to your appointment will result in a full refund. Cancellation notice received 48hrs in advance of your appointment will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation notice of 24hrs or less will result in the loss of your payment.
